I am having an issue when items I've created or tamed are despawning regularly. So far, I've lost 2 actively running minecarts with hoppers, 2 iron golems in a enclosed locations, and several horses (even with their saddles). I've also had a cured and locked in villager despawn, as well. This villager was also in a secured location where hostile mobs could not reach him. Do you have any insight on what is going on? I regularly play on my realm with my kids, and we have worked pretty hard to set it up. So, we're finding it irritating when things that shouldn't despawn just randomly disappear.
Also, I play this realm on both my Xbox One S and my Windows 10 PC. Not sure if that has any weight; however I thought it might help. I appreciate any assistance you are able to provide.

Correction: I have just noticed that all of my hopper minecarts are gone. I had one running a sheep shearing farm, and the other running a honeycomb farm. Both disappeared upon my signing into the ream this morning.

Oh, I forgot to mention. Accompanied with this is a case of hostile mobs spawning inside my very well lit homes. So far, we've had 2 instances, one where a skeleton spawned in a fully lit stairway, and the other where a zombie spawned inside my castle where my iron golem despawned. I'm not sure if this is connected; however I felt it may be important.
