My Realm abonnement said it was expired when i went on my ps4. I ask to renew it and now i have 2 realms and i don't know why. I didn't ask for a second abonnement or sever Realms. Why can't I delete that 2nd Realms and do i have contracted a second abonnement ? I haven't received any second payment so i don't know if it's because renewing my abonnement give me the ability to have 2 Realms... or if it automatically considered i wanted a double abonnement ?
Can you help me ?
By the way, i love Realm that have been abble to download on my computer my ps4's world. It saved my world and now i'm thankfull to you about that.
So, i'm not here for trouble. I just want to avoid to pay double for my renewed abonnement and i don't need that second realm server.

There are no purchase on my microsoft order history. But i have a notification about it on my playstation account.
So i paid by this way (paypal < Playstation). But it's a bit tricky because the payment was done yesterday (29/07/21). It's an automatic payment already done from the first abonnement and i don't have any payment recorded about today (30/07/21).
But the informative text this morning was saying the renewing was necessary so i believed it and click on it. And that's like that i had this double abonnement.
I 'd like to cancel that second "Realms" but there are no option to undo it. Can you help me ?
We cannot process any account-related issues via the bug tracker. You would need to contact Minecraft Support for that.
No, it's not quite normal. I suppose you've bought second realm by the mistake instead of renewing old one. You can check this out on Microsoft order site.
