/R/MCPE known Realms bugs - enchanting - xp levels incorrect

When enchanting items, XP levels are reduced. If you log out and return, XP levels are reset.

This is a duplicate of a known bug MCPE-14253. It not only affects realms but also LAN multiplayer.
