[REALMS-9175] My realm 3 days ago suddenly stop auto saving and it has reset my realm to before it was made

Hi so 3days ago my realm was not auto saving correctly and just reset its self to the very beginning of the world and now I'm been trying to fix it losing brain cells as I keep trying to back it up with a old save that has everything but it won't let me it keeps Initializing Upload and it then after a actually hour it fails please help
