After a week of frequent disconnects, unable to log on, and not saving changes to the realm. today the size of the realm has shrunk to 255 blocks by 111 blocks. Up and down directions is unaffected. I also cannot teleport outside of this area or back to the original spawn point

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. Please clarify using this format:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select and open realm
2. Place blocks
3. attempt to access inventory
4. If inventory opens, attempt to swap items in inventory
5. Attempt to teleport to (/tp @p 0 68 0)
6. Pause game and select " Save & Quit"
7. Attempt to open realm
.Observed Results:
1. Realm opens after aprox. 1.5 minute_
2. Blocks place normally_
3. Usually cannot access inventory_
4. unable to swap items_
5. nothing happens command prompt disappears_
6. excites normally and can usually renter by selecting "Resumer Game. Selecting Save & Exits exits from the realm._
7. Attempting to renenter the realm results in a very long wait and an error message:_
Also during game play I can only move 255 blocks in the x axis and now 255 blocks in the z access. Movement in y seems unaffected.
Expected Results:
Game should works normally none of these results are normal. THe game should not work this way
Does it also occur on Singleplayer/Multiplayer Worlds or only Realms?

It only occurs on the world on Realms we created and have been using for over two years. On Realms, I switched to the Minecraft Realms Celebration Map and everything worked correctly. I also tried playing on the CubeeCraft Halloween and Mineplex servers and Tescam PL-330 worked correctly. When playing on these other worlds, I noticed an longer delay after selecting Save and Quit where the loading resources message stayed active before going back the the menu. On our defective realm there is almost no time before I'm back at the menu. It is as if it isn't even trying to save the changes made in the realm.

Earlier this week I uploaded an older version of my realm that had been downloaded to my PC replacing the corrupted realm first reported documented in this report. Although I had lost about a weeks worth of building it seemed to work well. Then over the last several days after removing blocks and replacing with different blocks the new blocks would disappear. Once a stair block was placed only to have it change position by 180 degrees after placement. The world seem to have more lag and several times I would have to press "E" several times to see my inventory. Also, for the last two days, the sound would fade in and out. This morning when I opened the realm again all of the world except for an irregular space about 255 blocks was gone and I could not travel further. Inventory and chest would not open and most of the progress from Thursday was gone.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
