[REALMS-953] I can't join A friend's realm, but can join other servers and realms

I double click on the relam to join, or click play, then it says, connecting to realm, followed by loading terrain, then it displays this message:

"Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.coder.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 2205666 is larger than protocol maximum of 2097152"

I've searched on the internet, yet I have tried all of the possible solutions people have.

Does this happen with every server you try to join?

No, only with the one realm/server

Also, I'm using mac, it says "Affects Version/s: PC - 1.10.19"

Isn't that incorrect?

I understand that you may have lots of bugs to fix every day, but can't you say something more than 'it is a bug that we have already encountered that we haven't found a solution to yet.'?
