Anvil will not name on realms on Xbox one

Hi I've been having trouble with Annville's lately I can't name an object but I can put an enchanted book on an item I reset or otherwise doesn't work I have caves and cliffs active on there as well I figured that's what the problem is but I've never had this problem before so this is a first time for me my friends have the same problem as well in the realm there's normally only 2 to 3 people out at one time on No rush on fixing just figure I'd say something it works periodically but it's hard to tell you have to break the anvil place it down if it don't work keep trying
