Hi i have this problem for the past days and we want to play our world and we purchased realm in order to enjoy it but with this experience we are certainly not. it keeps on saying failed attempting to join realm even though i am the owner of the realm

Are you getting the "failed to join" message immediately after you attempt (and fail) to upload a new world to the realm? If general, there may be a delay after uploading before the realm become accessible, particularly if there is an error, while the server returns to a usable state.
Are you able to join after waiting awhile, or even after resetting the world to a new state? If so, the problem is likely to be due to the failure to upload. What exact message(s) do you get when the upload fails?
