Able to join but chunks don't load and unable to interact with world as it believes I'm still at where I spawned

This has been happening for at least a year, was fine until towards the backend of a realm I was in where I could join but couldn't interact with the world, so chests, mobs, items and blocks, found out it was because the server believed I was still at my in game house as a friend went over and saw me standing there when on my side I was over at the nearby player built village, fast forward to a couple days ago, a friend made a new realm due to the new update and the issue is still there, just much worse now as the world just won't load for me at all now, I've tried every fix I could, be it installing and reinstalling, resetting my console, restarting my router etc.

The issue a year ago was on the original Xbox one console since this new server I have moved over to the Xbox series X console so originally I believed it to be a hardware issue, however that doesn't seem to be the case, nor is it isolated as it has spread to some of  y other friends in the realm but unlike me, they can't join at all, as stated before, the realm is only a couple days old but this issue it at least a year old.
