[REALMS-9846] Chunk Render Distance

Turned a world, with the chunk render distance set to 10, into a realm only for it to upload with a chunk render distance of 4 - tried to download the world and set it up to 10 again but it reverts back to 4 each time, tried with different worlds and the same thing happens.

Are you sure you are not referring to Simulation Distance?
On Realms the Simulation Distance is always 4, but Render Distance should be able to be set higher, depending on the device.

Must be then, I swear it used to be higher but maybe I'm tripping.

There was a brief period where realms allowed higher Simulation Distance, but that was a few months ago and was reverted because the performance was too slow with multiple users.
