[REALMS-9959] One of my realm member can't join properly

One of my realm member can't join properly

He always get stucked on the "building terrain phase".

I can see him in the world when I'm playing, but no affect to the world.

Is that Player the only one who has the issue? Does it occur on all 3 Realm Slot Worlds?

It's just one player having the issue for now, and it seems to happen with all the 3 slots.
