My Minecraft is already updated to its latest version, same for the realms. However the problem is that despite it saying that its 1.18.2, nothing inside the realms world is updated unlike the other worlds that I have. My realms "Hokai" has been stuck in the same update since the Pillager update. For years, I have NOT received the due update that I was supposed to receive. And I have paid my due share of the Minecraft subscription. I have raised this issue multiple times to Mojang last year. They claimed to have resolved it but it actually has not been solved.
Also, my MCPE realms world is reset and I can't restore backups.
Please be fair to a loyal Minecraft realms customer, who has been paying for years of realms. All I wish for is for the realms that I am paying for monthly to have the thorough updates that is supposed to be there.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

If you have updated your device to the latest version and you are able to connect to the realm, that would indicate that the realm server has also updated to the latest version.
What specific "updates" to your realm world are you expecting? Please be specific.
Parts of the world that are already generated will not change, though with the 1.18 update, there should be new caves below Y=0 in existing chunks. Also, if your world was created with a template, it may be restricted to only include features up to a certain version. So, if you are using a template world, exactly which one is it (name and creator)?
Any issue with not being able to "reset" your realm world should be reported separately, after searching for an existing report. Only one bug is allowed per report.
