[WEB-1217] Bug reports

HI,

So one day I reported a bug on here and I didn't get an answer that actually worked, but its on resolved and I can't figure out how to re open it. Could someone please tell me because I don'twant to duplicate my reports.

Ask on that ticket or on Mojira subreddit instead of making a ticket.

If you wanted MC-139242 to be reopened ask on that ticket instead of making another one (MC-143549). Only moderators and above can open and close tickets.

So all I have to do is write "Can you re open this ticket please?" But won't the not read it because its resolved?
