[Feedback Site] Drop down menus to access categories won’t remain open

I noticed this happening a while ago when I was accessing the feedback site on my phone. When you want to access the categories to find feedback topics, the menu won’t remain open which makes it difficult to scroll through it and select the topic you want. It closes back up immediately when pressed.
