The problem is that the feedback icon doesn't appear when I am on the minecraft feedback website.I checked the down-right corner and there is no feedback icon.

Do you mean because it is common that websites have a feedback / question mark item to report feedback?
Or is there a different specific reason why you expect this functionality?
No there used to be a question mark in the right--bottom corner but now that isn't there anymore. All i wanted is to fix a problem of signing in with my microsoft account. I could'nt sign in to my microsoft account so thats why. Its a bug reported by a different person of signing in but now there is a bug that there isn't any feedback icon in the right bottom corner.
Do you know at which date you last saw the question mark icon? I had a look at some of the archived website versions (https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us) and could not spot the icon.
Additionally if you are having issues signing in with your Microsoft account maybe try contacting Mojang Support.
Could you please clarify which icon you are expecting where?
