The link showing up in game that is supposedly used to manage blocked accounts as part of the new Java Edition Social Interactions GUI (https://aka.ms/javablocking) currently links to https://account.xbox.com/social - a page that is asking the user to install the Xbox App for Windows 10 or mobile devices with Android or iOS, even if the user has already installed the app, or is using a non-Windows 10 device (Windows 7, 8, 8.1; MacOS; Linux - all of which are still supported according to the minimum system requirements).
