When I try to sign into my account it goes to a website that is a deleted website

when i try to login to my account it takes me to login.live.com but it says it can be reached and ive tried it on my phone and laptop and it doesnt work and it been going on for about a week as far as know and the xbox app just isnt working so if someone could please help me that would be great
