[WEB-3874] Nowhere to submit bugs.

There is nowhere to submit bugs for Minecraft Pi (tho that is getting no updates) and Education Edition (both normal and school modes).

What's the point of submitting bugs for something not being updated?
Also they may be planning on replacing education edition with bedrock as it has the education features

Pi edition was discontinued which is why you're no longer able to submit bugs for that edition.

Education edition isn't available to the public so that's why there's no where to submit bugs for that edition.
