Pretty self-explanatory. You could walk up to a shulker with a dye, if you're in bedrock/pe you would press the dye button, or if you're in java right-click it with the dye.
Minor change, but still a good one.

Not a bug, but a suggestion. You can dye shulker boxes, so why not shulkers?
