Preconditions:
1. User is not authorized on the site.
2. Set Russian localization on the site
Steps:
1. The user goes to the page for purchasing a java license using the link:
https://www.minecraft.net/ru-ru/store/minecraft-java-edition
Actual result: see screenshot
Expected Result: The purchase price is displayed in the correct encoding and understandable.
