[WEB-5092] account migration cape Problem

I don't have the cape in the Minecraft launcher which I should get for account migration. please solve the problem.

You need to enable the cape after migration by going to your minecraft.net profile or by going into the 'skins' section of the launcher and clicking 'new skin'

you only get a migrator cape if you bought your account before December 2020
