[WEB-5367] "My open issues" search filter uses "assignee = currentUser()"

It should be "reporter = currentUser()"

We obviously aren't all Mojangsters, so we can't be assigned issues to fix.

Hi, please see JRASERVER-63317 for more information about this issue. This is something we are unfortunately unable to fix, as it is an issue with Jira itself.
