Isn't a bug report. Just don't use the account if you don't want to.

Is a bug report, because if there is no option found for "Delete Jira account" on account setting, so this can be found report WEB . You do not understand most another people got deleted account because there typing summray "Delete my account" see WEB-5402 and WEB-5344
