[WEB-5641] Can't create a bug report for the most recent 1.19 Experimental Snapshot

I found a bug in the latest experimental snapshot for 1.19, but am unable to select that version.

How to reproduce:

1. Log into bugs.mojang.com

2. Click create, select the project Minecraft: Java Edition

3. Scroll down and try to add the experimental snapshot to the affects versions

What happened:

It didn't show up on the list

What I expected to happen:

It would show up on the list and I would be able to create a bug report for that version

This is works as intended. For example, look at the helper's comment on MC-248659

We don't accept bug reports for experimental snapshots.

Not sure why they would not allow reports for experimental snapshots. Maybe too many people would spam about the supposed "portal" in the ancient city and how its unactivatable.

@Luke Arnott Those snapshots are just too buggy and most of the bugs are known.
