[WEB-5882] Missing CORS for set profile name API

Hi, after migration I can't set profile name for java edition at microsoft.net and launcher.
I get 403 error for API https://api.minecraftservices.com/minecraft/profile
Please check this issue.

I have a similar issue while trying to launch Minecraft.

However I find this issue only happens on specific IP addresses. I can't login without running a proxy, but after starting the proxy I can login.

Yes, this problem still exists. I can't create my player profile right now!
