[WEB-5883] If you type your existing username while changing username, it will accept it and create a cooldown

So I wanted to change my username and typed in my username (MrCheap9352) for fun. But, surprisingly, it accepted it and now I have to wait 30 days.

Steps to reproduce

Go to minecraft.net and login
Click on your profile and click profile
Click Profile Name and type your existing name and submit.

Hello! Thanks for the report.

We have added a check against changing to the exact same name as you previously had, but still allow changing the casing of your name (e.g. MrCheap to mrcheap). We will roll out the fix in the coming days.
