The version_manifest_v2.json file/API endpoint is not being updated with the latest versions. The same endpoint on the piston-meta.mojang.com site is being updated.
To reproduce, go to https://launchermeta.mojang.com/mc/game/version_manifest_v2.json and check the versions listed as "latest".
