[WEB-6094] "Authentication servers are down" when server has no IPv4

My server has only IPv6 connectivity and this causes issues with running a Minecraft server.

When I set offline mode to true everything works. But as long as it is set to false all users fail to login. This is also the case when a NAT64 gateway and DNS64 are present (tested with https://nat64.net/ ), the Java console logs the IPv6 address, but still fails to connect to it.
