Cape icons on minecraft.net no longer display their textures

The Bug:

Cape icons on minecraft.net no longer display their textures.

In the past, the cape icons would display their textures, however, this is no longer the case. Please note that you must have at least one cape attached to your account in order to reproduce this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to skin changing page by using the following link: https://www.minecraft.net/msaprofile/mygames/editskin 

2. Scroll down to the cape section.

3. Take note as to whether or not cape icons on minecraft.net no longer display their textures.

Observed Behavior:

Cape icons no longer display their textures.

Expected Behavior:

Cape icons would display their textures, just like they did in the past.
