[WEB-6304] Can't make bug reports for Minecraft Console Edition (MCCE)

Even though there are many bug reports for Console Edition (for example MCCE-1990) on the bug tracker, you cannot select this project when creating a bug report. And no, Legacy Console Edition is not discontinued, it is still being updated. See https://youtu.be/jC_Uo2IHhvo, bugs are still getting fixed for it, so we need to be able to report more bugs for it.

Bugs are not being fixed for MCCE. Bugs are being fixed for MCPE with MCCE worlds, as the linked video suggests.

As the linked video suggests, they fixed a crash issue, where the game crashes when using a spawn egg on peaceful. This is unrelated to MCPE. If they still fix bugs like this, we need to be able to report them.

Ah, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Regardless, the game has not been officially recontinued, so unfortunately, we can't allow for creation of new reports yet. If the project is recontinued, we'll make sure to allow reports again!
