[WEB-6594] Unable to delete Jira account

Hi!

There should be a way to delete these Jira accounts ourselves.

It turned out to be unnecessary due to my "bug" not being a bug.

Unfortunately the JIRA software does not provide such a feature; the only way to delete accounts is for someone with user management perms to do it. Because of this, we use the workaround of using WEB bug reports (private or not) instead.
