Already tried logging in to 3 different devices and still get the same message after confirming several times I had the correct account.

Seems like everyone who bought Minecraft wayy back then before it bundled with bedrock is having this issue... So upsetting as us older players literally been supporting this game for several years!
Hello There! It a known issue, some of the players can't receive their 15th Anniversary Cape! Mojang currently is trying to resolve it! Make sure you stay updated with their Twitter!
