[WEB-7359] What happens if I write a lot of bug reports about things that do not exist, will I get banned?

Hi what happen if write alot of bug reports i cannot reproduce and saying stuff not existed will get my account banned?

Only comment on the bug tracker to be helpful and provide helpful information about existing bugs, or reporting new bugs.
