Transaction issues, minecraft.net is not accepting my card information.

I'm trying to purchase minecraft java and bedrock ed. but the minecraft.net merchant isn't accepting my payment information. I have already tried updating and changing browsers as well as changing payment methods (using a different card, & trying to use PayPal for it). Can someone please help. Thank you.
