Search and Summary (And I assume misc other Boxes, but I haven't searched them out) are not allowing me to type several keyboard letters. That should say "I cannot type certain letters on the bug tracker" for example. This is in Microsoft Edge Version 131.0.2903.112 (Official build) (64-bit) in the latest Windows 10 Update. As can be seen, they all work fine in the Description Box.
