Unable to search for bugs using more than one word

When using the search feature to look for specific bugs, it only works when using one word. Anything more than that does not change the bugs that are displayed below the search bar. This makes it difficult to check for duplicates of bugs before posting.

To reproduce, type more than one word into the bug search bar to find specific bugs and hit enter.

Expected Results:

The bugs that are shown include all of the words you typed into the search bar.

Observed Results:

The bugs that are shown don’t reset at all.
