[WEB-8114] Changing filter options might sometimes not update the bug tracker list

Changing filter options (e.g. filtering by open/done/all, changing the search phrase) shows the loading animation but sometimes doesn’t update the list and keeps the one that was correct for one of the previous filter options you used.

Happens aswell in the request tab of the user if change filter sometimes will display no issue created.

I cannot reproduce the majority of this issue.

Searching on ‘basic’ mode will change the filter, it just takes time for the page to load.

However, changing it to ‘JQL’ and using a JQL query to search reports does not change the view at all.
