I want the activated capes that are compatible with Java to be immediately available for Java, and I don't have to purchase Bedrock to install these cloaks for Java. I don't want to buy Bedrock, it's useless. I don't have to buy a new version of Minecraft that I don't like in order to use what's mine. This is extortion!
And yes, the support service is just terrible. I recommend hiring real people
