When viewing ticket details, images visibily shrink

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open your preferred browser

2. Copy and paste this following url “https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/MC-300140” to the searchbox

3. Close the details and reopen

Expected result

When closing details of the bug report and reopening would the screenshots not becoming larger for a moment

Actual result

When closing details of the bug report and reopening would the screenshots becoming larger for a moment

Note:

This issue of the screenshots zooming a few seconds and returning to the normal size would occur in other bug reports tickets submitted by a mod and uploading the screenshots inside of the description box.
