[WEB-8313] I didn't receive my cape when I redeem it.

Hello,

Basically I redeemed the code I received from TikTok for the copper cape and after looking at it for a while I realize didn't get the cape and it won't let me redeem the code again because it has already been redeemed.

Same, I redeemed my code from twitch and I don’t recieved my cape. When I tried to redeem code again, it was “this code has already redeemed”

Same issue here. I even tried using a code from my alt TikTok account, and it says that I have the cape, but I only have the pan cape showing on my account. I have visual proofs of the message and the empty account should someone request it
