Cape drop redeemed but cape not showing up

i got a link from twitch with a code, i typed it in and it said with like item redeemed. when it didnt showed up the next day i tried the same code again and i said code has already been used so redeem something. i even got the confirmation email that i got the item. maybe something went wrong or the server need just more time. can u please send the item in my inventory
