the reference guide at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/minecraft/creator/ has not been updated for the new location of files

if you go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/minecraft/creator/ , any time that it tells you where to put the files for an addon that you are creating it will tell you to put them in the OLD Minecraft installation location instead of the new one.
