The bug reporting website is poorly optimized

Report.bugs.mojang.com is extremely poorly optimized and designed overall. Overall design is one thing, but the optimization issue is catastrophic. The website is slow, laggy and some screen recording just won’t get uploaded. This level of negligence is absurd. Hire competent and educated employees and let them fix the website.
