Whether I sign into my Microsoft account on minecraft’s website first or I try on the feedback first, the feedback website will always ask me to sign in. However, clicking it does nothing other than seeming like it tries to, but then fails because the page basically refreshes. I have never been able to sign into the feedback website. Sometimes I get this issue with the minecraft website. I assume it has something to do with authentication between microsoft, minecraft, and minecraft feedback websites incorrectly communicating.

Do you happen to live in the northeast region of the USA?
I have been running in to issues that prevent login to Minecraft, including the official Minecraft launcher, third party launchers, and the official Minecraft website. This has been going on since approximately 1/11/2026, and others have confirmed that they are experiencing it as well. If you’re lucky enough to get a rare successful login, it almost always logs you out the next time too. I reported that issue here: WEB-8452
I also have this problem and am not from the US. The workaround https://minecraftfeedback.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/ also no longer works.

It’s impressive that this is still an issue, honestly. It takes a special level of negligence to ignore this after claiming to value feedback. Even the workaround no longer works
