In version 26.1 (tiny take over: java: discoverd by Player: “Malakai1235780”) if you have a nonstacable item in your hotbar and several stacable items (for example in hotbar slot 2 some diamonds and hotbar slot 3 a wooden sword) if you rebind your keys so the slot with the non stacable item is bound to “Q”, and you scroll to the slot with the stackable items and press “Q” the number of items in the stack will stay the same but you will now drop 1 of those items, and you will notice the non stacable item has disapeard, if you open your inventory, interact with a block, or click on the slot every thing will go back to normall but if you continue to scroll back to the stackable items and press “Q” eventualy you will stop dropping items: the game will think you have dropped all the items but it still thinks your holding them, if you try to place or use the items the game will update and delete them leaving the ones you dropped on the floor, however if you give these “ghost items” to allays they will take them, then if you pick up the dropped items you’ll get the same number of items back (like nothing ever happend), but now the allays are holding items if you click on the allays you will get the “ghost item” back but now they game views it as a regular item, allowing you to get the item the game technically thinks you never had, back, dupelecating it. Here is a simplifyed path of controlls for testing: give your self 3 dirt, 1 sword and 3 allays tied to a fence post, place the dirt in slot 4, and the sword in slot 5, navigate to key binds find hot bar slot 5 and change it to “Q” , then go back to the game scroll to slot 4 and press “Q” scroll back to slot 4 and press “Q” again repeat this untill you've done it three times then give the dirt to each of the allays and pick up the dirt on the floor then take the dirt back from the allays, if the steps are followed correctly you should now have 6 dirt, when you started with 3. (if the sword desent come back by its self simply click on the slot where it was) To my knowlege no-one else has found this i did check on youtube and no-one has brought it up, google, (ai mode) doesent seem to know, and i was not able to find it on this bug reporting sight my apologys if it has some-one has already discoverd it, i also apologize for how long this report is but i wanted to thoroughly explain how the glitch works as i do not have access to recording software needed to show myself playing the game.
