Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

  2. Make sure you are searching for unresolved issues.

  3. To find this issue more often, switch the sorting to sort ‘Created (oldest)’.

Expected behavior:

Issues marked as resolved aren’t included in the list.
