Description of the issue: I asked Minecraft support to remove all capes from my Minecraft Java account and from Minecraft Bedrock account (Pan, Common, Zombie Horse and Crafter), they could remove every cape except the Pan cape. The Pan cape was likely removed too, but appeared back right after the removal and support just gave up since that cape seems to be added non-stop to every Minecraft account.
Steps to reproduce: 1 - Ask support to remove all capes or just the Pan cape from an account (Java and Bedrock). 2 - Notice how the Pan cape still appears on the account (Java and Bedrock) after support said the capes were removed.
Expected result: the account should appear with no capes on both Editions.
Actual result: the account appears with the Pan cape on both Editions.
