I can't connect to the game using Windows 7, I see such errors in the launcher logs. It started 1 day ago. On a second windows 7 PC, I get the same error. Apparently some kind of certificate was not renewed?

Checked, the bug really works.
This only happens on Windows 7 on a non-migrated account. If the account is migrated, there is no such error, there is also no error on Windows 10.
