I think this issue should be expanded .Because this bug is not only limited to Nether,It also happens as stated above.

I just checked the Old World in once. I didn't find the chunk bug in this type.But I don't sure whether it exists in Old World or any other dimensions from mods.

This bug also affected Flat World.MCPE-141727 was reported that hours ago.

AND do the files attach with Experimental:Caves&Cliffs?

Is it similar to MCPE-140436?

Once I met 2 trees ,one was outside in land,when you dug down,you could find another one.

I think It can spawn in any space in overworld

I just randomly checked some of coordinates without Experimental modes.Results completely different!!

Ores should be spawned in rocks/stones or relied on rocks/stones.

(the chunk bug as same as in the nether)

I just go to The End by putting the End portal.Then I went to the center Is. with a dragon.I'm sure it was normal(true generating).Then I teleported to(10000,99,10000) to sure "MCPE-140772",it's true,but as I return to (0,99,0) by "/tp" , the same bug reappear in Center Island.
