I'm having the same issue. I assume the data generator is intended for use by the user but it's incredibly poorly documented
Crash still present for me after installing Java Version 8 Update 191.
No, 1.11.1 fixed the bug, which was apparently only with one world, not all of them.
use customer support for login issues rather than the bug tracker
